Seth Rourke

Seth Rourke has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Seth began their career at John Deere, where they held multiple positions from 1996 to 2001. Seth then worked at The Toro Company as an Associate Product Manager for a year before joining Conwed as a Marketing Manager. Seth then joined Integrity Windows & Doors, where they progressed to roles such as Product Marketing Manager, Group Product Marketing Manager, and eventually Marketing Manager. In 2009, they joined Honeywell as a Manager, Product Marketing and later became the Director of Product Marketing. In 2016, Seth joined Sleep Number by Select Comfort as the Sr. Director and General Manager of Development. Most recently, they became the Director of Industrial Products at Tennant Company in 2019.

Seth Rourke received their BA in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998. Seth then pursued their MBA from Colorado State University, graduating in 2005. Seth also obtained a certification in New Product Development Professional from PDMA.
