Stephanie Westphal

Stephanie Westphal has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 18 years. Stephanie started their career at Honeywell in 2003 as a Six Sigma Black Belt, and later moved on to become a Process Engineer and then a Program Manager. In 2010, they joined Tennant Company as a Program Manager and gradually took on roles of increasing responsibility, including Sr. Engineering Manager, Director Global Engineering, Director of Mechanical Engineering - NPD, Director of New Product Development, and Sr. Director Product Engineering. Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Vice President of Enterprise Strategy at Tennant Company.

Stephanie Westphal earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999-2003. Later, they pursued an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business during 2006-2009.
