Sung Lee

Sung Lee has a diverse work experience across various industries. Starting in 1997 as an Associate at Madison Capital Management, Sung then worked as an Equity Research Associate at Banc of America Securities from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, Sung had an MBA Internship in Corporate Finance at Best Buy. Sung then joined Northwest Airlines as a Senior Analyst in Network Planning and Pricing from 2004 to 2006. At GE Capital, Sung held two roles, serving as a Strategic Sourcing Manager from 2006 to 2009 and later transitioning to become a Product Manager for Fuel Card Program, Transport, and Vehicle Ordering from 2009 to 2011. Sung then worked at General Mills as an Associate Channel Manager in Marketing from 2011 to 2014. Sung's most recent role is with Tennant Company, where they have held multiple positions. They started as a Global Product Manager for Telemetry, leading the company's digital transformation, from 2014 to 2017. They then became a Global Product Manager for Robotics from 2017 to 2019, driving the development and launch of autonomous cleaning solutions. Sung subsequently took on the role of Sr. Manager of Sales Operations from 2019 to 2022, where they built an operational foundation and modernized the structure, improving the overall customer experience. Currently, Sung is the Director of the Program Management Office for R&D at Tennant Company, a position they have held since 2023.

Sung Lee holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which was obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, Sung Lee earned a BA in Economics from Carleton College, completing the degree from 1993 to 1997.
