Thomas Koufos

Thomas Koufos has diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Thomas currently serves as the CFO France at Tennant Company since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Alstom from 2009 to 2021, during which they held various positions including Global FP&A Manager, International Internal Auditor, Senior Project Finance Manager, Project Finance Manager, and Project Controller. Before joining Alstom, they worked as a Financial Administrator at the Swimming Club (K.A.O.I) from 2004 to 2007.

Thomas Koufos has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business, which they obtained between 2003 to 2008. Thomas then pursued a Master's degree in Finance de la Banque et de l’Industrie, with a specialization in MBA-Management de la Banque et de l’Assurance, from Université Paris 13 from 2008 to 2010. In 2024, they completed the General Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
