Alessandro Treccani

Alessandro Treccani has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Alessandro started their career at Confindustria as a Labor Law & Unions Negotiation Counsel. Alessandro then moved to Comer Industries as an HR - Union and Employee Relations Manager. After that, they joined BorgWarner Inc. and held multiple positions including HR Manager, HR Senior Manager, HR Director Japan, and Regional HR Director. Alessandro also worked at EssilorLuxottica as the Senior Vice President of HR Operations, Logistic & Distribution for the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Currently, they are the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Tenneco.

Alessandro Treccani holds a diploma in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Liceo Classico. Alessandro obtained their Master's degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Brescia in 1998. In 2010, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from MIP Politecnico di Milano. In 2015, they earned a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from 24ORE Business School.
