Qianli

Qianli Ma has a robust background in human resources and talent management, with significant experience in various roles across leading companies. At Tenneco, Qianli served as Senior Learning & Talent Management Manager for the Asia Pacific region, focusing on talent development and global project implementation. Prior to Tenneco, Qianli held positions at Mapfre as HR Supervisor, overseeing HR functions for a new company setup, and at Bosch as HR Business Partner, managing talent acquisition and performance management. Qianli began the career at Delphi, developing HR processes in the Thermal Systems division. Education includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor's degree in English from Zhengzhou University.
