Tennessee Aquarium
Cosey Simmons is a professional with experience in various roles, including Data Processor at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since October 2023 and Events Associate at Tennessee Aquarium since May 2021. Previous positions include Assistant Manager at maurices from June 2023 to October 2023, Retail Associate at Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park & Soak Ya Water Park during the summer of 2022, and Sales Associate at Panera Bread from May to August 2021. Cosey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from East Tennessee State University, earned in May 2023.
Tennessee Aquarium
Located on the banks of the Tennessee River in Chattanooga and surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains, the Tennessee Aquarium tells the story of the river – following the path of a raindrop from the streams of an Appalachian Forest to the Gulf of Mexico – from the mountains to the sea. Although the Aquarium has grown in size and in animal population since it’s opening in 1992, its story and its mission as a private, non-profit institution have remained the same; ‘to inspire wonder, appreciation and protection of water and all life that it sustains.’
