Charlotte Stremler serves as the Regional Director of Middle Tennessee Board Member for the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters since November 2022. With extensive experience in the radio industry, Charlotte has held the position of Vice-President/Program Director at Radio7Media since February 2015, drawing from a rich background in owning and operating a radio station. Charlotte is also an accomplished graphic designer and photographer with over 16 years of visual communications experience, utilizing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Previous roles include Media and Marketing Manager at Springtree Media Group and Vice-President of Sponsorship/Fundraiser Manager for East Williamson Athletics. Charlotte has a degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Music Business from Belmont University and foundational education from Union University.

The TAB provides resources to help stations satisfy FCC rules and policies to help protect your license. The TAB remains supportive of small independent broadcasters and network affiliates alike.
