Heather Brown

Heather Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Heather started their career in 2011 as a Nanny while working as a self-employed individual. In 2013, they worked as a Production Assistant and Social Media Manager at Signs First Nashville. From 2014 to 2016, Heather served as an Office Manager and later as a Front Desk Manager at Exodus Health Center. Since 2016, they have been working at the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) initially as an Administrative Assistant I, then as an Administrative Assistant III. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations for Student Success at TBR.

Heather Brown obtained their Master of Professional Studies degree in Strategic Leadership from Tennessee Technological University between the years 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General at Austin Peay State University, from 2009 to 2011. Heather began their educational journey at Walters State Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, General, from 2006 to 2008.
