Vice Chancellor For Student Success at Tennessee Board of Regents

Heidi Scheusner Leming currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at East Tennessee State University, focusing on community college leadership programs. Since August 2014, Heidi has been the Vice Chancellor for Student Success at the Tennessee Board of Regents, overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing student success across 13 community colleges and 27 technical colleges in Tennessee. Previous roles include Vice President for Student Affairs at the College of Coastal Georgia and various student affairs positions at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, University of Georgia, Austin Peay State University, Lynchburg College, Virginia Tech, SUNY Cortland, and the University of Memphis. Heidi holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from The University of Georgia, a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor's in Mass Communication from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
