Virginia Moreland has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing, advertising, and public relations. Virginia worked as the Director of Marketing and Advertising for the Tennessee Board of Regents from 2012 to the present. In 2018, they joined the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations, where they served as an Executive Board Member and currently holds the position of Vice President. Virginia previously worked at the Adventure Science Center as the Director of Marketing, overseeing all marketing and advertising activities. Prior to that, they held communication roles at HCA and its TriStar division, where they managed internal and external communications. Virginia also worked at Saint Francis Hospital and St. Mary's Medical Center in various marketing and PR roles. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to implement successful marketing campaigns, resulting in increased attendance and employee engagement.
Virginia Moreland attended Marshall University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations.
