Willie Sydnor Jr. currently serves as the Security Coordinator at the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation since May 2018, overseeing criminal history background checks for prospective employees and vendors, and maintaining a database to ensure eligibility for prize awards. Previously, Willie held positions as a Security Specialist and Security Officer at the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation and Norton Healthcare, respectively, conducting detailed background checks and ensuring safety across various environments. Willie also has extensive experience with the Davidson County Sheriff's Office, initially as a Court Officer and later as an Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer, where duties included managing court proceedings and determining alien status. Willie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University.
