Lucy Utt serves as the Aging Program Supervisor at the TN Commission on Aging and Disability since April 2002. Prior to this role, Lucy Utt was a Board Member for the TN Conference on Social Welfare from 2007 to 2010. Educationally, Lucy Utt holds a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained between 1997 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) from Middle Tennessee State University, completed from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, Lucy Utt studied Elementary Education at Youngstown State University from 1967 to 1976.
