Alex Zimmer

Alex Zimmer is currently serving as the First Assistant Golf Professional at Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club, following a role as Assistant Golf Professional at Hermitage Golf Course, where Alex contributed to the management of numerous tournaments and was recognized with the Game Changer Award in both 2023 and 2024. Prior experience includes roles in enterprise account management at Veeam Software and Varonis, where Alex successfully developed client relationships and drove business growth in the Tennessee market. Previous positions also encompass account management at NetApp and project management at Roofstruction, showcasing a strong foundation in customer service, project oversight, and relationship building across various industries. Alex holds an Associate of Arts degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Wake Technical Community College, along with certifications and educational credentials from the University of Alabama and Cape Fear Community College.
