Dana Schmidt

Dana Schmidt is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in mediation and program management. Currently, Dana serves as the Manager of Mediation Programs at the Tennessee Supreme Court/Administrative Office of the Courts since February 2022. Prior to this role, Dana was a Program Manager at Davidson County Metro Government from February 2015 to February 2022 and practiced as a Solo Attorney from June 2013 to February 2015. Dana's earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager and Attorney at MAXIMUS, where the focus was on child support litigation for the State of Tennessee, and serving as an attorney for the State of Tennessee from 2003 to 2011. Dana holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Regent University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Western Kentucky University.
