Allen Mullis

Allen Mullis began their career at AT&T in 2012 as a Retail Sales Manager, where they exceeded customer experience and sales objectives. In 2013, they transitioned to Tennessee Technological University, starting as a Coordinator for New Student & Family Programs. Allen later advanced to Director, managing student orientation and family programs. Their most recent role at the university was as the Executive Director for Student Success, overseeing student retention and progression programs.

Allen Mullis completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University in 2008. Allen then pursued a Master of Professional Studies in Strategic Leadership from the same institution between 2009 and 2011. Later, from 2022 to 2025, they earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt Peabody College.
