Terri McWilliams

Terri McWilliams, CPA, serves as the Director of Budget at Tennessee Technological University since November 2016, where responsibilities encompass the preparation and submission of the University’s budgets, maintenance of budgetary controls, and consultation with University officials on planning and budgeting. Prior roles at Tennessee Technological University include Budget Analyst and Senior Grant Accountant, focusing on budget preparation, financial analysis, and grant management. Prior to joining the University, Terri worked at Fidelis Financial Strategies, LLC as a Relationship Emissary Registered Assistant and held positions at Identity Group, including Accounting Manager and Corporate Accountant. An entrepreneur, Terri also owned Poet's on the Square from 2001 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Master of Accountancy from Tennessee Tech University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the same institution.
