Aaron Paul Melda has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Aaron Paul started their career as a Project Manager at Siemens from 2001 to 2005. Aaron Paul then joined the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in 2005 as a Senior Engineer. At TVA, they took on roles such as Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager over Operations and Maintenance from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 onwards, Aaron held various leadership positions at TVA, including General Manager of Coal Operations, Senior Advisor to the Chief Operations Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations Support, Executive Director of Watts Bar Nuclear Completion, Vice President of Enterprise Planning & Strategy, Vice President of Transmission Operations & Power Supply, and their current role as Senior Vice President of Transmission & Power Supply.

Aaron Paul Melda holds an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, which they pursued from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2009.
