Ibrahim Berro

Ibrahim Berro currently serves as a litigator in the Office of the General Counsel at the Tennessee Valley Authority, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ibrahim Berro was a judicial law clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee from August 2022 to September 2023 and served as a litigator at the Tennessee Valley Authority from August 2018 to August 2022. Ibrahim Berro's military experience includes service as a sergeant and infantry team leader in the United States Army from May 2006 to September 2010. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School (2015-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from The University of Kansas (2011-2014).
