Joe Galardi

Joe Galardi has extensive experience in various roles related to benefits, well-being, and human resources. Their most recent position was Director of Benefits and Well-being at Tennessee Valley Authority since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Vice President at AlixPartners from September 2018 to July 2020. From 2014 to 2018, Joe held positions at Michigan State University, including Assistant Director of Benefits and Human Resources Manager. Joe also worked as a Part-Time Instructor at Western Michigan University from November 2016 to July 2018, teaching subjects such as healthcare administration and political economy. Before that, Joe served as a Strategic Account Executive at Catamaran, managing a large account of Medicare and non-Medicare members. Joe also held managerial positions at the State of Michigan Department of Community Health and worked as an Analytic Consultant and in Data Management at Truven Health Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters Healthcare).

Joe Galardi has a background in Political Economy and Healthcare Administration from Tulane University. Joe later pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Healthcare Administration at Western Michigan University. Additionally, they have studied Economics at Alma College.
