Joy Abraham

Joy Abraham is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Tennessee Valley Authority, Joy specializes in digital transformation and cloud enablement, overseeing a significant portfolio of operational Work Management applications. Previously, as Vice President of Information Technology at CHS Therapy & Rehab, Joy established digital transformation strategies and directed various technology initiatives. During a long tenure at Life Care Centers of America, Joy led the IT response to the Covid-19 crisis and managed a multi-million dollar portfolio supporting over 40,000 users. Joy's earlier experience includes project management and IT consulting roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield and Royal Bank of Scotland, with a strong educational background including an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a B.E. in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
