Kevin Mead

Kevin Mead is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, reporting, and investor relations. Currently serving as Assistant Controller and Director of Accounting, Reporting and Research at Tennessee Valley Authority since August 2018, Kevin leads the SEC reporting process and oversees accounting policy development. Previously, Kevin held several key positions at Regal Entertainment Group from April 2006 to March 2018, including Director of Operations Finance and Vice President of Investor Relations and Planning, collaborating closely with executive teams and the investment community. Early career experience includes roles in corporate internal audit and assurance practices at PwC, as well as a senior consultant position at Ross Young Applications, focusing on business process automation. Kevin holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
