Lorie Melton Hunt

Lorie Melton Hunt currently serves as the Manager of Legal Services in the Realty Services group at the Tennessee Valley Authority, a position held since October 2011, with a temporary rotation in the Office of General Counsel in FY23. Prior to this role, Lorie held various positions, including Program Manager of Operational Assurance and Distributor Compliance Analyst at the same organization. Lorie's legal career began at Chamblee & Malone, LLC, where Lorie was an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk, followed by ownership and management of Melton & Duncan, LLC from April 2006 to October 2011. Lorie holds a Juris Doctor from Samford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mississippi State University.
