Nathan Parker

Nathan Parker has been with the Tennessee Valley Authority since January 2000, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Product Delivery for the Intelligent Grid. Previous roles at the organization include Manager of Capability Delivery for Commercial Transactions, Programs, and Logistics, and Manager of HR & Accounting Solutions, focusing on IT systems delivery and software solutions. Parker has also held positions such as Senior Program Manager in IT for Financial Solutions, where leadership and agile methodologies significantly improved team performance. Experience as Principal Software Engineer involved mentoring technical teams and leading key implementation projects, while earlier roles included extensive involvement in the software development life cycle as a Senior Software Engineer and Intern Software Engineer. Parker earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University between 1995 and 1999.
