Phillip Bruce

Phillip Bruce is an experienced professional currently serving as a Surveillance Test Coordinator at the Tennessee Valley Authority since October 2001, where responsibilities include managing significant components of large projects, writing and reviewing maintenance and modification work orders, and providing technical support. Previously, Phillip worked as a Senior Instrument Technician, performing comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on various instruments and control equipment. Phillip's career began as an X-Ray Service Technician at Kelley X-Ray Company, focusing on the installation and repair of medical x-ray systems. Phillip holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics/Computer Programming from Electronic Computer Programming College, completed between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, Phillip attended GMC - Georgia Military College from 1993 to 1994.
