Sarah Truesdell Walker

Sarah Truesdell Walker is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at the Tennessee Valley Authority since December 2002. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Employee Service Center, Sarah leads the redesign of HR service delivery to enhance customer support through improvements in staffing, technology, and operations. Previous roles include Contingent Workforce Product Owner, responsible for a $150M program, and Director of People First Tier II, overseeing a team of approximately 32 employees in comprehensive HR program delivery. Sarah holds a BA in Psychology from The University of the South and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, complemented by a semester abroad at Universidad de Salamanca.
