Arjan Dams

Arjan Dams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies in the offshore marine industry. Arjan started their career at Van Oord Offshore BV as an Offshore Construction Manager in 2004. Arjan then worked in various Project Manager positions within Van Oord Offshore B.V, including managing rock transportation and installation projects in Brazil and working on the Gorgon Jansz project. Arjan also served as a Proposal Manager before transitioning to TenneT in 2020. At TenneT, they held the position of Senior Project Lead Cables HKN/HKWa before becoming the Project Director for the HKN-HKWa-HKWb project. Prior to their time at TenneT, Arjan worked as an Operations Manager at Scaldis NV, focusing on improving performance and safety within the company. Overall, Arjan's work experience highlights their expertise in project management, cable installation, and offshore operations.

Arjan Dams obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Antwerp Management School between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they received a Bsc in Master Mariner from hogere zeevaartschool Amsterdam between 1991 and 1995. Arjan also attended Hogeschool voor Petroleum en Gastechnologie in 1990-1991 and Frankendael school from 1980 to 1985.
