Berend Jan Zonneveld

Berend Jan Zonneveld has a diverse work experience. Berend Jan started their career in 2003 as a Project Engineer at Van Oord and later worked as a Commercial Manager at Spliethoff in 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Mammoet Maritime as an Engineer and later as a Project Manager. In 2007, they joined Mammoet Salvage B.V. and held various positions such as Salvage Officer, Operations Manager, and General Manager. From 2011 to 2015, Berend worked as a Commercial Manager and General Manager at Mammoet Salvage B.V. Berend Jan then moved to SMIT Salvage and served as a Shore Coordinator from 2015 to 2017 before becoming the General Manager Asia Pacific from 2017 to 2018. Berend Jan then took on the role of Director Asia Pacific from 2019 to 2020 and finally served as the Operations Director from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Berend Jan Zonneveld is working at TenneT TSO B.V. as a Lead Operations Management Offshore.

Berend Jan Zonneveld completed their education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1997 to 2002, where they studied Civil Engineering. Berend Jan continued their education at de Baak in 2010, where they completed the Young Executives Program. In 2013, they attended INSEAD and completed the Finance for Executives program. Most recently, in 2018, they pursued the Leading for Results program at INSEAD.
