Erik Smeets

Erik Smeets is an experienced Agile professional with a strong focus on coaching individuals, teams, and organizations in Agile environments to enhance personal and team growth, development, and performance. Currently serving as an Agile Professional at Just Good People since April 2023, Erik also holds the position of Scrum Master (acting) at TenneT TSO B.V., guiding DevOps teams in creating data solutions for the energy transition. Previous roles include Scrum Master positions at ASML, where Erik coached HR teams and various software development teams in adopting Agile methodologies and improving their Agile mindset. Prior experience spans several years in IT roles at NXP Semiconductors and Eindhoven University of Technology, where Erik led teams and managed high-performance computing infrastructure. Erik holds a degree from Eindhoven University of Technology obtained between 1997 and 2007.
