Maurice Blenkers has extensive work experience in project management and engineering. Maurice started their career at Schlumberger in 1994, where they held various project management positions in EPF and production system construction across multiple countries. In 2003, they joined Thomassen Compression Systems BV as a project manager, overseeing the field construction of reciprocating compressors. Maurice then moved to Shell in 2006, working as a rotating equipment engineer, responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of compressors. In 2015, Maurice became the area construction lead for Basra Gas Company, managing multiple projects in the north romalia area. Since 2016, they have been with TenneT as a project lead for Platform Dolwin 5 and an operational contract manager.
From 1990 to 1994, Maurice Blenkers attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
