Rolf Kelderman

Rolf Kelderman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rolf started their career with an internship at Royal BAM Group nv, where they gained experience in work preparation and execution. Rolf then pursued a master's project at Texas A&M University at Galveston and completed a graduation thesis at the University of Amsterdam. After that, Rolf joined Arcadis as a graduate intern.

In 2016, Rolf joined Fluor Corporation, where they worked in various positions, including the role of Project Manager within the Infrastructure business line. Rolf also worked as a Project Manager at TenneT TSO B.V., where they were involved in the design, realization, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of HVDC platforms.

Rolf also served as an Asset Manager at IXAS Gaasperdammerweg B.V., where they managed a consortium responsible for the maintenance of the Gaasperdammertunnel and a motorway. In addition, they worked as a Business Manager at 3Angle (A27/A1 PPP), leading the project team responsible for procurement, contracting, finance, project controls, and risk management.
