Tom Kostense

Tom Kostense is an experienced professional with a background in software engineering and agile project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer at TenneT TSO B.V. since January 2024, Tom has also held the position of Scrum Master at Team Rockstars IT since December 2017, where previous roles included Software Engineer. From January 2018 to January 2024, Tom worked as a Scrum Master and Software Engineer at Kadaster. Prior experience includes software engineering at Topicus Zorg from August 2012 to December 2017 and a role as System Administrator at Indenty from September 2010 to July 2012. Educational credentials include a degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences (2011-2015) and prior qualifications from ROC van Twente in application development and ICT management.
