Derrick Kasturi has extensive experience in IT support, having worked at Tennis Australia since August 2015 in various roles including Endpoint Support Engineer, IT Support Analyst, IT Support Assistant, and IT Support Intern. Prior to this, Derrick gained experience as an IT Support Intern at HELLA in June 2008. Derrick holds dual degrees in Bachelor of Business Information Systems and Bachelor of Information Technology from Deakin University, obtained between 2010 and 2015. Additional qualifications include completion of the CCNA program covering Routing, Switching, and Scaling of Networks from Cisco Networking Academy during 2013-2014, as well as a Certificate III in Christian Ministry from Lighthouse Christian College.
