Gautam Arora

Gautam Arora is currently serving as a Customer Service Ambassador at Tennis Australia and as a SportsGrad Member with SportsGrad, both roles initiated in late 2023. Gautam also works as a Retail Associate at adidas, where responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints. Earlier experience includes a Customer Service Representative position at Degani, where Gautam managed inventory and product orders, as well as an Assistant Operations Manager role at Deepali Designs & Exhibits Pvt. Ltd., focusing on accreditation standards for events. Prior roles include Accreditation Manager and Coordinator with Sports For All and Paytm Insider, respectively. Gautam is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Deakin University, expected to be completed by June 2025, following a Bachelor’s degree from Nagindas Khandwala College.
