Katrina Blair

Katrina Blair has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Katrina currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Tennis Australia since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Projects at Orica from July 2020 to June 2021.

Katrina'sprevious experience includes various positions at BHP, where they held the role of Vice President Reporting Minerals Australia and Marketing from July 2016 to September 2019. In this role, they led a finance department of 110 employees and was responsible for financial management, accounting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and risk management.

Katrina also worked as a Project Director at BHP, leading the Finance Business Partnership transformation project. Katrina was involved in developing and implementing frameworks for effective finance business partnership across the organization.

Before joining BHP, they held senior finance positions at Worsley Alumina and Ekati Diamond Mine. Katrina managed finance departments, including accounting, reporting, governance, procurement, and security functions.

Katrina's career started at Abbey National Treasury Services as a Senior Analyst before moving on to EY, where they worked as a Senior Accountant.

Katrina Blair completed the Company Directors Course (GAICD) at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2019. In 2009, they obtained a CPA Australia diploma (CPA) through the CPA Australia Program. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Monash University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Arts (Marketing) in Marketing from the same institution.
