Nitin Garg

Nitin Garg has a diverse range of work experience in the field of data engineering and business intelligence. Nitin currently serves as the Data Engineer Lead at Tennis Australia. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as the Business Intelligence Team Lead at PROBE Group, where they were responsible for designing integrated solutions, developing data warehouses, and providing support and consultation to stakeholders. Prior to that, they served as the Lead Business Intelligence Developer at Barwon Health from 2015 to 2018, where their responsibilities included building data warehouses and designing ETL frameworks. Nitin also has experience as a Datawarehouse Developer at NPS MedicineWise, a Senior BI Analyst/Developer at Innovation Group, a BI Developer at Cabrini Health, and a Senior BI Consultant at Oakton. In addition, they have held roles as an Analyst Programmer at REIV, a Database Developer at Jetstar Airways, and a Software Developer at Beam Communication.

Nitin Garg obtained a Master of Applied Science degree in Information Systems from RMIT University, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a B.Com (Hons) degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, and Commerce from Delhi University, from 1996 to 1999. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Academy Accreditation - Azure Databricks Platform Architect from Databricks in 2023, The Magical Marvels of MongoDB from Code School in 2016, ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2015, and Academy Accreditation - Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals from Databricks in 2022.
