Andy Reif has held multiple leadership roles throughout their career. Andy started as an Associate at Richards & O'Neil LLC, where they negotiated agreements for the financing and acquisition of corporations in the entertainment industry. Andy then moved to Paramount Pictures, where they served as a Senior Production Attorney and oversaw legal and business transactions in connection with film productions. After their time at Paramount, Reif joined International Creative Management as a Vice President, advising clients and negotiating deals for directors, actors, writers, and producers.
Reif later became the VP of Business Development and Strategy at Digital Media Campus, where they played a key role in negotiating the acquisition of the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour and oversaw the company's transition from a venture fund/incubator to an operating company. Andy then joined the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and successfully executed its turnaround.
Following their tenure at AVP, Reif became the CEO of Championship Gaming Series, a global professional e-sports league. Andy then served as the EVP of Consumer Products, Licensing, and Global Experiences at National Geographic, where they oversaw key divisions and achieved significant growth in global licensing revenue.
Reif later joined IP Global Group as a Partner, where they controlled the rights to the BODY GLOVE brand for Asia and successfully led the company to an exit. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of International, DTC, and Programming at Tennis Channel.
Throughout their career, Reif has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a track record of driving revenue growth and executing successful turnarounds.
Andy Reif obtained a JD degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, earning a BS in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Accounting from 1983 to 1987.
