Nathan Irwin's work experience includes various roles in the healthcare industry. Nathan began their career at BMW Manufacturing as a Quality Systems Management Co-op before working at Babcock & Wilcox as a Quality Engineering & Control Intern. Nathan then joined HealthTrust Workforce Solutions as a Management Engineer and later moved to HCA Gulf Coast Division, where they worked as a Performance Improvement - Labor Specialist and Assistant Administrator. Nathan then joined HCA Healthcare, where they held the position of Associate Administrator and later Chief Operating Officer - Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. Nathan'smost recent role is Chief Operating Officer at Tennova Healthcare- Cleveland.
Nathan Irwin completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2010 to 2014. Nathan later pursued a Master of Healthcare Administration at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an Engineer Intern from the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners in 2014, and they also passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam - Industrial conducted by NCEES in the same year.

The hospital offers a range of health care services, including a 7,000 square-foot, 24-hour emergency care unit.
