Ashley F. is currently serving as Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Tennr since November 2025, while also being a member of The L Suite TechGC community since March 2024. Previously, Ashley held the position of Head of Legal and Compliance at Formation Bio from March 2019 to October 2025, where significant contributions included developing AI governance frameworks and overseeing compliance with GDPR. Prior roles include Director and Senior Counsel and Associate Counsel at Formation Bio, focusing on legal operations, compliance, and contract management. Ashley began a legal career at Proskauer Rose LLP, serving first as a Summer Associate and later as a Healthcare Associate, where key achievements involved conducting internal investigations and establishing a pro bono immigration practice. Ashley earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Science and Medicine from Yale University.
