Youth Treatment Counselor at Tennyson Center for Children

Nathan Threlkeld has extensive experience in youth counseling and outdoor education. Currently serving as a Youth Treatment Counselor at Tennyson Center for Children since November 2019, Nathan provides residential mental health treatment for children who have experienced abuse. Prior roles include Outdoor Education Coordinator at Pine Summit, where Nathan developed and marketed experiential education programs for schools, and various positions in program direction at Indian Hills Camp and Tierra Wild. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Humboldt State University and certifications in HVAC engineering from Palomar College.
