Shailendra Gupta is an accomplished supply chain and operations expert with extensive experience spanning over 16 years in various leadership roles. Most recently, Shailendra served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, and Project Management at Tenon Group from August 2020 to October 2023. Prior positions include Director of Procurement, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management at JLL, General Manager of Planning & Engineering at Delhivery, and Deputy General Manager of Supply Chain & Logistics at Walmart Marketplace. Shailendra began the professional journey as Manager of Inventory Planning & Distribution at Dan River Inc. and holds an Executive MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement & Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, as well as a degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Mumbai.
