Alyana Ladha

Alyana Ladha has diverse work experience in marketing, project management, community management, and production. Alyana is currently employed at Tenovos as a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager since May 2023, previously serving as a Growth Marketing Manager from February 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Uberflip as a Customer Marketing Lead from May 2021 to February 2022. From October 2019 to May 2021, Alyana held various roles in project management, community management, and production. Alyana also worked at Design of Brand as a Design Producer from October 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they were employed at East Room, where they served as the Director of Operations from September 2017 to September 2019, Community Manager from September 2016 to September 2017, and Membership and Operations Intern from May 2016 to August 2016. Alyana also has experience working as a Social Media Manager at LAC + CO from September 2015 to December 2015, a Content Creator and Creative Writer at Common Base from July 2015 to December 2015, and a Content Contributor and Video Host at Media Nexus from November 2014 to February 2015.

Alyana Ladha's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Unionville High School and obtained their OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) along with a Certificate of Achievement in Core French. Alyana then pursued a Bachelor of Journalism degree at Ryerson University, graduating in 2016 with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. In 2018, Alyana attended the University of Toronto to obtain a Certificate in Project Management.

Looking ahead, in 2023, they plan to attend BrainStation to obtain a Certificate in Marketing Leadership. Additionally, Alyana has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including Marketing Leadership from BrainStation, Fundamentals of Next-Gen Marketing from 6sense, Content Experience Certification and Platform Strategy Certification from Uberflip, LivingWorks Start from LivingWorks, Safe Sets Covid 19 (Level A) from Safe Sets International, Speaker Labs Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs, ABM Certification: Foundations from Demandbase, Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy, and a Project Management Certification from the University of Toronto. Alyana also holds certifications in Smart Serve from Smart Serve Ontario and Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED Level C from the Canadian Red Cross.
