Helen Allen

Helen Allen currently serves as a Sing With Us Sessional Choir Leader at Tenovus Cancer Care, leading supportive choir sessions for individuals impacted by cancer. Concurrently, Helen is a member of the Public, Patient Involvement Group at Cardiff University, providing insights on course design and participating in interview processes. Previously, Helen held the position of National Programmes and Membership Engagement Manager at SHINE, focusing on initiatives for individuals with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus, along with roles that enhanced community engagement and support. Additional experience includes musical leadership at various choirs, management positions at the Wales Council for Voluntary Action, and roles in administrative support at The Prince's Trust and the Sporting Injuries Committee. Educational qualifications include a degree in Media & Marketing from the University of Wolverhampton and A levels from St Ilan Comprehensive.
