Jorge Cisterna Martínez

Jorge Cisterna Martínez has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Jorge started their career as a Technical Support Technician at Quintec in 2009. Jorge then moved on to work as an Systems Administrator at Pichara Group, where they managed the integration of Oracle Business Suite and ensured the operational continuity of over 100 branches.

In 2011, Jorge became a Software Engineer at Progesys e.i.r.l, where they implemented and maintained trading systems such as Calypso and Algorithmics. Jorge also improved process execution times by 80% using tools like Control-M, and collaborated with suppliers, developers, and functional users for continuous improvement.

From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Process Engineer at CMR Falabella Chile, in the AI and Digital Transformation team of the Finance Department. There, they were involved in various automation and digitalization projects, reducing costs and improving efficiency across different processes.

Jorge then took on the role of Business Analyst for Digital Transformation at S.A.C.I. Falabella from 2019 to 2020, where they focused on analyzing, measuring, standardizing, and improving financial processes within the Falabella Group. Jorge worked in an Agile methodology and was part of a team dedicated to process automation.

In 2020, Jorge joined Fpay, initially as a Business Analyst, where they built reconciliation engines and information dashboards for the company. Later, they were promoted to "Jefe de control de procesos" and was in charge of implementing, managing, controlling, and optimizing financial processes using ERP (SAP) and other systems. Jorge reported directly to the CFO of Latin America.

Currently, Jorge works as a Product Owner at Tenpo, starting in April 2022.

Jorge Cisterna Martínez completed a Diplomatura in Gestión de la Innovación at Universidad de Chile in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Ingeniería Industrial at Universidad Andres Bello from 2013 to 2015. Jorge also obtained a degree in Analista Programador Computacional from Duoc UC between 2007 and 2010.
