Diana Kambulova has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Diana began their career as an Assistant Accountant at the Kharkov Accounting Center in 1996. In 2005, they joined Kohl's Department Stores as a Customer Service Supervisor, where they were responsible for greeting customers and offering the highest level of customer service. Diana was also responsible for providing leadership in reaching sales and credit card goals, as well as supervising up to 50 employees. In 2016, they moved to The TJX Companies, Inc. as an Assistant Store Manager of Human Resources & Operations, where they managed all human resource functions to hire, retain and develop people to achieve store sales and customer service goals. Diana also trained managers in effective recruitment, hiring, training, recognition programs, and performance appraisal system. Additionally, they identified candidates for promotion. In 2019, Diana joined Tensentric as an Office & Operations Coordinator, where they were responsible for receiving and directing visitors, answering incoming phone calls, overseeing client and potential client experiences, handling all incoming employment inquires, and sending appropriate responses. Diana also managed all HR-related tasks for 80+ employees, including onboarding & offboarding processes, verifying I-9 forms, entering new hire data into Rippling payroll system software, and completing employment verification.

Diana Kambulova obtained a certificate in Industrial accounting from the Kharkov Financial and Economic Institute between 1996 and 1997.
