Principal Mechanical Engineer at Tensentric

Robert Schneider has worked in the engineering field since 1990. Robert began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Colorado Medtech, where they designed medical and diagnostic instrumentation. Robert then moved to Exabyte in 1997, where they were a Senior Mechanical Engineer and developed automated data storage devices for 8mm data cartridges. In 2000, Robert joined Otologics LLC as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where they designed a surgically implanted hearing transducer, implanted microphone and bone fixation systems. Robert then worked at iBalance Medical Inc. from 2005 to 2009 as a Senior Product Development Engineer, responsible for the design and development of implants and surgical instrumentation. In 2012, Robert founded 12th Root Guitars in Erie, Colorado, and currently serves as a Founder and Luthier. Finally, Robert has been a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Tensentric Inc. since 2009.

Robert Schneider graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
