Kay Jarvis Phr

Kay Jarvis, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Kay is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Tension Corporation, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at CrossFirst Bank from January 2018 to September 2022, where they implemented various HR programs and strategies for a publicly traded bank. From March 2015 to May 2017, Kay was the Vice President of Human Resources at CST Industries, Inc., where they led HR strategy and initiatives for a manufacturing organization with multiple locations and a union workforce. Kay also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Western Extralite in 2014, where they provided leadership and support to an organization undergoing acquisition. Earlier in their career, Kay served as the Director of Client HR Services at Power Group Companies from May 2012 to May 2014, and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Treat America Food Services from December 2006 to April 2012. Kay began their HR career as the Director of Human Resources at Choice Homes from June 2001 to July 2006, where they oversaw all aspects of HR for a national residential homebuilder. Overall, Kay has extensive experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and more.
