Suresh Hariharan

Suresh Hariharan is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as Senior Principal Architect at Tenstorrent Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this, Suresh was with Amazon Lab126 as a Senior SoC Architect for Next Generation AI/ML, leading a startup team focused on innovative Amazon devices from January 2022 to October 2023. Suresh also held the position of Senior SoC Architect for Machine Learning Acceleration at Amazon Web Services, working on AWS Inferentia and Trainium cloud-scale ML accelerators from September 2018 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Centaur Technology as a Senior Engineer, contributing to the design of various x86 processors and server SoC devices since the company's inception. Additionally, Suresh served as Lead Designer for X86 Microprocessors at Texas Instruments, guiding a team in the development of high-performance derivative products based on licensed Cyrix architectures.
