Andrea Tanco

Andrea Tanco currently serves as the Strategy and Partnerships Manager for Tent Mexico at the Tent Partnership for Refugees, focusing on improving the lives of refugees. Previously, Tanco worked at the Migration Policy Institute as a Strategic Advisor to the President and Associate Policy Analyst. Other notable roles include Special Assistant to the President at Princeton AlumniCorps and Lead of the Nonprofit Resiliency Initiative at The Bridgespan Group. Tanco has extensive experience in research and policy development, particularly concerning U.S.-Mexico relations and immigration issues, along with roles spanning research assistance and program support at various organizations, including The Wilson Center and Smith College. Tanco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Smith College and has pursued studies in Arabic Language and Literature.
