Natalie Floyd-Banks

Natalie Floyd-Banks has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Natalie began their career at Northern Recruitment Group Plc as a Finance Consultant in 2008 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Hays Financial Markets as a Senior Finance Consultant. Natalie then transitioned to the role of Senior Consultant - Procurement & Supply Chain at Hays Financial Markets from 2012 to 2013. Natalie then joined Frank Recruitment Group in 2016 where they held various roles including Vice President, Global Business Operations Manager, Head of Benelux, and took a maternity leave. In 2020, Natalie joined Revolent Group as the Director - EMEA Sales, working there until 2023. Currently, they work as the Director of Sales at Tenth Revolution Group as of 2023.
